The B-Fit Center invites individuals to experience the joy of movement and the art of effective exercise that Pilates can offer. Regardless of your current fitness level you can expand your body awareness, strength, and flexibility with our approach to movement, fitness and health. This Tampa Bay venue offers an ideal setting, and has served clients within the Tampa (Florida) region, as well as International students. The PhysicalMind Institute (formerly The Pilates Institute) has designated The B-Fit Center as a Pilates Certifying Center, assuring you of the highest quality training and services.
We also offer a complement of services for individuals interested in Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis®.
Pilates exercise programs offered at The B-Fit Center fit into the category of exercise that conditions the muscles and skeleton for strength and flexibility. It is not aerobic in nature and is considered a component of one's overall exercise plan. Because movements are coordinated with breathing and consciously controlled, the sessions refresh both the mind and body.
