If the thought of just 10 minutes on the treadmill seems too much, where does a person start on the road to being more fit?
Any training program must first build a good foundation of core strength. Pilates will strengthen core muscles and build structural stability of major weight bearing joints. B-BASIC FIT is a pilates mat class that combines standing exercises with traditional mat exercises. Fundamental exercises build good habits and are easy to practice at home.
