Get your Pilates and Cardio workout all at once! This class will increase muscular strength, endurance, and flexitblity while maintaining core stability. Class is done on the reformer with a trampoline rebounder, used for cardio jumping intervals. Limited to 4 people. Call now for further details and to reserve your spot. Instructor:  Kristin.
