Pilates Mat

This class is a great way to improve flexibility, strength, joint mobility, coordination, balance, and alignment.  We use some small equipment including foam rollers, stability balls and dyna-bands.  This class is a perfect balance of a "mind-body" workout. Instructor: Linda
